"This location has sooo much potential, it is a shame to see it marred by poor service. I ordered a pizza and glass of wine on a slow evening, and the service could not have been much worse. Despite the significant tip I paid when ordering, the cashier never looked at me, and appeared annoyed to be disrupted from talking to her friend at the bar area. The bar area server didn’t serve the wine for about 10 min, and my water request had to be made three times. I was the only customer at the bar, and the bar server seemed annoyed I was there, and did not speak to me once. I felt completely unwelcome. The food quality was acceptable for the price, my order was made properly, and the crust was appropriate for the style of pizza. Would not recommend, and would not return. There are so many other great options in Oxbow where the service is excellent, and food quality is high."

"Oxbow Market is a must visit in Downtown Napa. The special pizza was incredible. It had arugula, asparagus, and proscuitto. What is not to like? The mushroom pizza needed a little bit of salt, but overall a wonderful meal and I would definitely go back!"

"Had a lovely experience here at Live Fire Pizza. We were able to have a nice family reunion with good food just like we wanted. The food was delectable and we would have been able to finish it all if we didn't have a prior engagement to attend to. We were able to get our leftovers to go so it wasn't an issue at all. We enjoyed it overall. (this visit was about three months ago)"

"I stopped in here with my husband to get a bite to eat for an early dinner. I was so excited to see that they had a calamari pizza and even more excited when they didn't come out breaded and fried. The pizza was light, not at all greasy and well made. The servers were also friendly and fast and overall I had a great time. I'd recommend coming here for some solid pizza for a reasonable price."

"Ate here for the first time. First impression is that it’s a cool spot in a hip place. However, the food doesn’t really match the price. We had two pizzas , grits, and the fried Brussels. Overall the food was good. The Margherita was the on par with most places. The Hawaiian was not that good. Just seems like they threw pineapple on it and bam charge 4 more dollars. The Brussels were fantastic. The “polenta” which is actually grits. Were basically flavorless. Not sure if the point. Customer service isn’t the best. Neither of the guys doing the cash register knew what they were doing. When the food was ready I had to make several trips because they were too busy (no one there) to help. The crust on the pizzas was barely chewable. Idk if it was because it was almost cold when we got the pizza or if that’s just the style."
