"Love the variety of clothing that Boot Barn has. I didn’t even realize they had anything other than boots so that was a nice surprise when I walked in. On average you’ll spend $100 on a pair of pants and $40 for a shirt. But the clothing is unique!"
"What a great store! If you're looking for boots they have more than you ever knew existed, well more than I do anyway. Work boots cowboy boots. Boots you name it. They got it. But they've got a lot more than that. Lots of work clothes and overalls and hats and stuff that work and folks need on the daily basis. Staff's pretty cool too."
"Extremely bad customer service during purchase but I thought it’s a holiday season it’s okay and all kind of none sense when you wanna return due to a defect after only 3 days with receipt in hand and their shopping bag and sticker in the bag asking for an exchange. They get the cake for worse customer service I have ever experienced. Manager Jen uninformed of their own return or exchange policy but she expects me to know. I can’t believe store like this still in business. I will never return here and buy my stuff on line."
