"else.I was accused of stealing, cause I had stuff in my shopping bag, Daria came up to me said hello and she looked very tired blood shot eye's stressed out amd very tired looking, She said hello, what's in the bag? Where's your recipt? I said, I haven even paid yet she started yelling YOU THIEF OUT LOUD! What I haven't paid yet?I'm still shopping, she continued yelling And calling me a THIEF! I was disgusted with her! so i wasn't thinking, I left the store, she grabbed the bag of stuff I was going to purches I went in the store with $450 cash and she accused me of stealing and never come back, her and a girl were yanking and twisting my right arm both of them, so i said keep the bag, and left o e girl ran after me took pictures of my car? it got sprained in the attack, and I got a big scratch on my right arm, Daria Mgr and the cutting table girl were both on me outside, dident give me a chance to explain the stuff in the bigger bag was stuff I was going to purches. I dident get a chance to even get to the cutting table or the register, b4 I knew It I was being called a THIEF. A nd was attacked out side of the store. And yes that place is a big mess fabric all over the place, it is very under staffed no one to help store, I was hurt badly and scratched deeply on my rt arm, my rt shoulder was twisted very badly. I was 86ed out of there.. what to do? But I sure wasn't going to let them have my bag of fabric I brought from home!! I was very disgusted. And angry with the store tonight. Hope that never happens to anyone"

"Lots of fabrics to choose from. But way too understaffed. Only 1 cashier and 1 person at the cutting table. They look super busy and slightly stressed. I can’t find anyone to ask where to find stuff cuz they’re all so busy. No one is cleaning up the isles or is free to help customers. Stuff is not organized due to understaffed."

"Nice selection of fabric, crafts, fun stuff like holiday socks, and decor. Easy parking. Near Cafe, Starbucks, Kohls, and Kaiser. Get your craft on! It's mental health boost!"

"This review is for the Redwood City, CA store. The good news is that my pick-up order is always ready when I arrive. The bad news is that there is no employee stationed at the front registers, and it usually takes 10-15 minutes for one to arrive, even if you press the "Service" button. I can usually see my order sitting in the cage and have been tempted to just fetch it and leave, but don't want to be accused of shoplifting. (The store in Mountain View, CA that I used before it closed last year was much better at having an employee available promptly for pick-up orders.)"

"Their online inventory status is fairly accurate for yarn. I mostly purchase yarn at this location and it is fairly well stocked, even during sales. Restocking does occur frequently and the website is updated. Staff are always friendly. The checkout line can get pretty long sometimes, but weekday evenings are always fairly quick."
