"I would give zero stars if I could. Bought an LG washer and paid for Airport Appliance to install. The machine was improperly installed and didn't work with our very first load. Customer service told us to call the salesperson - what? what would a salesperson know about fixing a technical problem? Multiple runarounds from Airport Appliance that made us incredibly frustrated. And the salesperson's main message was that it wasn't his fault and all he can do is call repair dispatch. What? Then why would customer service tell us to call you? Why can't customer service call the dispatch? And who cares whose fault it is, anyway - just help us get it fixed!!! We've purchased appliances from Airport Home Appliance for years. It seems that they're great - unless you have a problem. After this awful customer service, we'll never buy from them again."

"Came here to buy an oven and Tai helped us. Really useful guy! Our 2001 27” wall oven had died and do you know it’s very difficult to replace that size?! Most wall ovens are standard 30” today. With Tai’s help- we were able to find a combination wall oven/ microwave/convection oven and a warming drawer to replace our original unit without having to do a major removal of the adjoining pantry. Plus they have an 18 month interest free financing plan. I don’t regret buying from here and only wish I had purchased our refrigerator from here too. The RWC location also had Wolff, Miele, Gaggenau,sections. The selection is MUCH better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Overall recommend this place for excellent selection and customer service."

"Thank you to Airport Appliance for helping me quickly get a new washer and dryer. I was given very good advice by the Sales Associate. I think I was in the showroom maybe 25 minutes. I bought the units on a Monday. The units were deliverd on Wednesday, however small issue with Stacking Kit that had not yet come in. No worries, Airport Appliance expedited and the final delivery, instllation, and haulaway happened on Saturday. I bought my first washer and dryer pair from Airport Applicance and I was happy to do with business with them again. The misfire on the incomplete, initial delivery is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. Also,"
