"This rating is only for the appliance installer Brian Mahnke recommended by Davies Appliance. Davies Appliances deserves a five-star review. We had a terrible experience with Brian Mahnke. He hooked up the hot and cold lines for our washer incorrectly and as a result, we lost a lot of money on cotton sheets, towels, clothing, etc. He left a big chunk of plastic inside the kitchen sink garbage disposal and we had to deal with ordering a new garbage disposal and correcting the problem. He told us a part of our expensive Miele hood was broken and his solution was to glue it. After he did not show up for weeks to correct the issue we contacted Miele and they sent someone to replace the part for free and completed the installation. Our Miele refrigerator and our Miele Oven's water lines were not hooked up for weeks. He did not show up to finish the job instead of our multiple requests. Our contractor had to hook up the water lines. Our refrigerator and oven were making lots of noise for a very long time. It eventually went away but we are worried that there was an issue with installation. After we contacted Davies to let them know about our experience, my husband was shamed multiple times by Brian for doing so! Unfortunately, we had to pay him in full in advance and we could not collect any money for the damages incurred by his mistakes."

"These people are amazing! All around phenomenal customer service. I’ve been going to them for years for various situations because getting their in person help vs shopping on the internet is superior. We needed a large refrigerator for our teachers staff room and they were ridiculously helpful to find a cost effective, super nice option. Chris Chambers helped us get something in within a day or two and it was delivered with care and installed. I was so grateful they took the old broken one away and were so professional especially being so accommodating to make it during the short delivery window during school hours. I’m so grateful to them and super bonus that they are a local family business."
