"Renee! Renee! Renee! She's seriously the best. We ordered appliances June 5, 2021. Absolutely terrible supply chain delays and port shutdowns and what not happened after. It was a total mess with massive lead times. Through it all, Renee remained super patient and on top of things. She's really organized and a kind soul all around. I called her a lot. Like A LOT - as things got delayed and I asked her to check in, she always kindly helped us out. We ordered a 5 figure range, a high end panel ready fridge, a second fridge, a dishwasher, and a drawer microwave. All 5 were different vendors. This wasn't easy. Renee did an amazing job for us. We actually picked CG Appliance even though a competitor was slightly cheaper - but they didn't have Renee and her reputation for customer service. We are so glad we did. Also, big shout out to Enrique and the install team - they are awesome as well. 5 stars all around here despite a very very tough time in the appliance industry."

"I always try to shop local at small business whenever possible. This time, things just did not work out. CG Appliance did everything possible to make the buying process painful. Two online inquiries were not answered, phone calls taken by an aloof salesperson that sounded like I was bothering him, store not open during stated business hours, and website that does not quote or coordinate appliance installation. Sadly I had to go with a big box store where I was able to confirm when the item will be in stock, place an order and schedule delivery/installation all in 15 minutes. Perhaps CG's other locations are different but I am very disappointed with the experience at the San Carlos location. I'll likely try CG again in the future and update the review if the experience is more positive."

"I was tremendously impressed with Jeff: he knew to ask me questions I didn't know to care about! He really knew his stock and all the features of each appliance. I also really appreciated his attention to detail. I was also impressed with the skill and respect for my home shown by those who installed the appliances. The only problem I had was that I felt communication about delivery of appliances could have been improved."
