"Why are all the shelves almost empty? Perhaps donors are realizing Goodwill no longer cares about the welfare of the needy and as a result, has started taking their donations elsewhere. I have witnessed your store turn away the destitute. A man who had no shoes on a hot day walked in to your store hoping for some relief and in a separate occasion, a young lady who was soaked during a storm asked you for a raincoat. Both times your management said there was nothing they could do for them. This is a crime against both humanity and those who have supported your company by donating goods “in good faith” that you would keep your prices fair and affordable. I recently spent more than retail on a jacket I bought from your store. Unfortunately I did not realize it until I got home and looked it up online. So many of us are sickened by your self-serving and selfish corporation."

"One of the biggest Goodwill's in the North Bay that has furniture and with amazing inventory. PRO: - Terrific selection - Better priced than most Goodwills - Well organized - Bonus room for furniture CON: - Not a great location when it gets dark - Short hours SUMMARY: If you're willing to dig, you'll get some good things here. I got some lovely rare bumble bee green glass set here that I really treasure. I've gotten some really good clothes here also."

"Goodwill is so over priced! All baskets are $5 no matter the size or condition, nothing really is priced and if it is it’s highly priced. I can get new tshirts for the same price as used tshirts at goodwill. Toys for over $3 not worth it at all"

"Ok it’s a goodwill. It lost a lot of stars because a lot of the items seemed to not have a price. When asking employees on the floor they referred to ask the cashier since he’s been here the longest. It also seemed he’s the only qualified cashier. The line moved slowly. If the item didn’t have a price, it was manually priced. I felt it was priced based on how he might have felt it was worth. Felt more like a garage sale goodwill. I overheard while he was ringing up a lady for some clothing. Some of the tops are $6.99 while others were $7.99 because it’s a “name brand”. Not sure if I’ll be back."

"The biggest Goodwill store I've ever been. It even has a (big!) furniture room that opens from 9 til 5:30pm. The whole store is so organized and makes it easier to find things we need. Store assistants are friendly like usual. The store has 4 fitting rooms and all of them are unlocked."
