"Never coming back. Scanned things ring up wrong, prices on the app never work after clipping and moving over to cart or whatever. It seems like meat is always just on the verge of expiring and only lasts a day in my fridge, I've had to return meat so many times to this place. Gave them my business one last time tonight but sadly... never again..."
"The older woman making the deli sandwiches...her name was Marie or Maria...was extremely rude and unprofessional to my mother & I. She saw we were standing there waiting to be helped and completely ignored us, had us waiting there for 15 minutes while she hid & talked to other staff behind the counters, making eye contact every now and then so she was blatantly ignoring us. When she finally helped us she yelled at us, threw all the ingredients together messily, and SQUISHED our sandwiches down over and over again after wrapping them up. Who does that?? We asked why she was treating us so badly and she started yelling like a crazy person and we had to walk away. Terrible terrible person :/"
"went to order a wedding cake today and the workers ignored me one walked away continue to stock things I said can I order a cake? they continue to ignore me. what the heck Safeway!!! waited at least 10 min standing there like a idiot RUDE workers careless as soon as I walk away they laugh. yeah get workers together or shut down your store bad bad baaadd service!!"
"The most beautiful birthday cake for my daughter. The best selection, the best of all the Santa Rosa Safeway stores with the most magnificent deli, gourmet Chinese noodles, Asian dishes, dim sum with spring rolls, their famous Taco Salad, which we could eat every day. There aisles and ice cream selections have Latino, Asian, a massive selection of Mexican, Italian, and their flower shop is the most colorful and approachable in Sonoma Wine Country, California. I drive from Missouri and Nebraska. The first store I shop at in California is this Safeway store, especially for the Taco Salad, Shrimp Seafood Salad, and Chinese dishes with their spicy Kung POW Chicken. Delicious! We spoil our children by buying the highest quality freshness at this Safeway store."
