"This place has some nerve. My husband 42R slim build was recently charged $300 for a tux and it was supposed to be custom fitted. On the night of our event, our evening was sabotaged. They gave him a 2xl shirt and a small vest. He was disappointed and upset as this was a special occasion and he didn’t have what he paid for. We called in that evening and we were put on hold after I explained what happened and no one came back. Then when we returned they offered him a 7 dollar credit. This added insult to injury. Shop elsewhere-beware"

"I’m not a stylish man. Everybody likes to look good when needed. Walked in, worked with William (much thanks again for all the help), dudes got style and practical use of color theory. William had me setup for a fancy night out with a dinner jacket, couple pairs of slacks, new shirt and sweet deal on ridiculous shoes. (they have tassels, but they were so discounted according to the Mrs math, they were free :) In and out right about an hour, good deals, great service exactly what I needed. I’m not the fanciest guy but when I need to class it up, Men’s Warehouse always has the answers."

"This is definitely the best place to buy a suit. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, and I love the free pressing to keep my suits looking good."

"I used MW for a custom wedding suit: I had to micro-manage the whole process calling each store to tell them what we needed. The stores do not talk to each other nor have a standardized note process. They make it seem like an easy process but here I am 2 days from my wedding and people still need their suits. Manager also assured me he would help, no check ins or anything. I won’t used mens warehouse for a suit ever again"

"This was a very sad experience. Back in the day, I loved going to Men's Wearhouse. You were greeted when you walked in the door and treated like royalty. You were shown 4 or 5 (or as many as you wanted) suits. You made your selections and while you got dressed, the salesperson matched your suits with several shirts and ties. I always spent way too much money, but it is what I would imagine was like a day at a spa. The current experience is like shopping at Target, except 3 times the price. Walked in to a mostly empty store and was ignored for five minutes. When the clerk finally got to me, she informed me which cut I wanted and the showed me the two choices of suit separates. I told her my waist size and she informed me that I was wrong ... until she realized that they didn't have the (incorrect) dize that she wanted me to try. Suddenly, my suggestion was correct (and it was). She did a quick mark-up without asking me how I liked my suit to fit, and we were done. When I told her I needed ties, she pointed toward a clearance rack. The entire experience took less than 30 minutes and I spent nearly $500 on a light-weight, blend suit that I could easily have replicated at bargain store for maybe $200. Men's Wearhouse, as I knew and loved it, is dead. Guess I have to blame the pandemic!!!"
