"Cashiers don’t pay attention to you they seem to be to busy talking about the girls at Starbucks Did not ring up all my groceries but put them with the bagged items As I was leaving I was chased down and told I didn’t pay for my milk and that was stealing. I’m 65 and never stole anything in my life. Not to mention I live in this town and friends and neighbors we also shopping and heard that. I am so embarrassed The cashier Ivan was very rude had he have been paying attention this never would’ve happened"

"Safway has the brands my family's loves fresh fruit, veggies all around great selection. It seems that they do their best to keepnit clean. Just the worst time to go have been 11am to 5pm any other time less people. But sometimes not enough clerks."

"Prices are higher then most safeways... but it's a small town so I understand. The people that work here for the most part are really fabulous. Everyone knows Everyone here.. I'm from Seattle where you never saw the same checker twice. The parking lot is a nightmare. It's absolutely insane, it's 10 sizes to small. I know I have to drive around for 10 minutes to get a spot. I am also female and don't want to walk out to the back corner alone at night.. it's a dark parking lot. Also.. I would give 5 stars if you would stop being out of Evian water every day. If so many people buy it you run out every couple days... ORDER MORE NEXT TIME! But all in all... good job."

"Avoid!!! We are visiting.We trade at Safeway where we are from. Always enjoy our experience at our store. The Willits Safeway is a different animal. Folks are flippant and rude, that work there. My wife and I went to the Deli this Sunday morning about 9:00am to order two of the breakfast sandwiches we enjoy. The staff visited, did food prep for the morning and ignored me for about 5-min. Finally a young man came out of the back and asked if he could help me. I said, “yes, I need two of the breakfast sandwiches please.” Ok, well she’s off looking for meat she will be back soon. Then he walked away. 5-more min goes by and a lady walked over and asked if I needed help. I said yeas I’d like the breakfast sandwiches. She said sorry she didn’t know I was there. Then she said if I would wait a few minutes she’d go get croissants!?!!….. seriously??? I said never mind and walked out. There are other options in town. I’d suggest you use them. This place has serious management issues….."
