"Can we do negotiate stars? Willits needs a good pizza place. Slam dunk started out ok. But has gotten so bad that I would rather drive a hour to get pizza. Last time half was under cooked and the other half was burnt. It looked like they literally used a half of a mushroom sliced into insanely thin slices to cover a large pizza, same w/ half a olive. At some point you say I'm done. I have complained before, even showed them the raw and the burnt. I was told it happens. Not for $40 it doesn't. So I'm tapping out."

"Put in my order over an hour ahead of time only to show up and have them tell me that they don’t have my order! The lady on the phone just never even wrote it down! I’m not usually one to post a bad review, but it was my moms birthday, and I was super kind on the phone, with a simple order for two pizzas. Ruined our entire night! We’re never ordering here again"
