"Staff was courteous, cars were cleaned. We came prepared to make a deal and purchase a car. The car I came to look at was a nice car but it had a couple issues, hence I offered a lower price (service engine light was on and the shifter knob had issue). We also were looking at another car which was currently on showroom floor and scheduled for a test drive with the intent to buy, but it had to be for another day, as we understand moving cars around a showroom floor is not easy. We scheduled for another day, two days later, and I offered to put a deposit on the car to hold it, but there was no need, they said. We scheduled for the test drive. Fast forward two days and we are en route to your location, 30 minutes away from where we live. we got there and the car was 'just sold twenty minutes ago'. In my professional experience, if a car is pulled aside, and an appointment is made to test the car with intent to purchase, you confirm the appointment with the person before letting someone else take off with it, and you also let the 'walk in' know that the car is currently scheduled for another (potential) buyer. That was very unprofessional on your dealership. I had looked forward to purchasing possibly two cars from your location and now probably none."
