"Always something interesting to try here. It's a good idea to shop Grocery Outlet before you hit the larger chain stores as amazing deals can be had on cheese, frozen fish, and all kinds of other goodies. Check those expiration dates, sometimes they are closer than you think."

"Grocery Outlets always have hidden surprises. In addition to their normal great items you will often find hidden gems."

"Wide variety of good food and brand names. You might not find the exact same item every time but you'll find something equivalent most times, and you'll definitely pick up a bargain."

"On August 18, 2023 at approx. 4 pm I was buying Starbucks Toasted Coconut Mocha 22 Count, the yellow sticker price was $4.97 each. When the cashier rang it up, it came up to $12.99. When I showed the price to the cashier, she called for a "Kim" who walked up, verified and then scanned it and said, it's $12.99. I explained that retailers have to sell me it for that price was advertised, and she would interrupt me and say I am not selling it to you for $4.97. Even though I had the price in front of her, holding the shelf ticket that clearly says $4.97 she refused and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. When I started to tell her about how retailers legally have to abide by the price: "California's Business and Professions Code § 12024.2 states that the correct price of any item is the lowest posted, quoted, or advertised price for which the buyer qualifies (club, coupon, minimum amount purchases, etc.). The store is responsible for removing expired shelf tags and sales signs." She did NOT want to know, walked away and flat out said again, "I'm not selling it to you for that price" and for me to call the owners tomorrow. I was left standing there bewildered, angered and frustrated that a woman her age in retail would treat a customer this way and not only that, not be familiar with the California laws and codes of this. She said she will not discuss this in the grocery aisles and I felt its because she knows I am legally correct and she wasn't having it but her way. I do NOT recommend this grocery store for the lack of respect to customers and the very disrespectful attitude of Kim, not only disrespectful, but chomping and popping her gum continually. So unprofessional and nasty."

"Great selection of products. Always really organized and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. I visit often! It's a great grocery store. It's smaller than a normal grocery store.. so you can actually do a quick trip but still get everything you need.. and often some stuff you don't. I always find a treasure here."
