"I went to this store to buy Christmas decorations. They have extra 25% off entire purchase posted on the flier in the store. Surprisingly when I checked out, the clerk asked me the full price. I pointed to the flier and asked her, don’t you have promotions right now.? The clerk was like oh ok I’ll give you that. Had I not paid attention, she would charge me the full price! Very unprofessional and despicable way of doing business! Also, they have heavy discount online but not in store. (You will have to pay double or triple the price. ) So save yourself trouble to even come by. Just order online."

"Just like any Michael’s it’s what you would expect. Probably has what you need. 4 out of 5 stars because I see holiday merchandise months before said holiday. Jeez, cool it off."

But They were too busy cheating. too help me so I had to find everything myself and every time I ask for help. From a different person that works there. They send me to different aisles to look By Myself. Even though I was very specific that I needed help to find what I was looking for. I hope my review will help the store manager improve the quality of service."

"I’ve been going to this Michaels for over 15 years. The store is well stocked and has a variety of products for every crafters dream. It is a toy store for those with a multitude of hobbies from baking, jewelry making, knitting, scrapbooking, ready made craft kits for the kids, model car kits, photo frames, tie dying and more. Oh year if you have a bridal or baby shower or wedding there are is a section for you to for making party favors! The staff is always so helpful and ask if you need any help and the cashiers are pleasant. Line can be a little long occasionally during peak hours but it moves fast."
