"Excellent customer service, they know their stuff! I came in with a part from my old Maytag washer. The owner greeted me and before I could put it down, he knew what it was and brought me a replacement within a minute. Wow! When I couldn't find the model # of my GE kitchen stove to order a knob, I was told to pull out the broiler drawer and look in that area. I found a label attached to the frame near the floor. We hadn't used the broiler in many years and would never have thought to look there."
