"Great prices. Good selection of wines at bargain prices. We arrived in the evening so the store was rather messy or lacking in some items. But still a great place to get my groceries."

"First I want to say I love shopping at all Grocery Outlets. I moved to Ohio and they have something called Aldi similar but not the same. Definitely not as diverse. I moved back to California and yes I was super excited to once again shop at all my local Grocery Outlets. However, beware this is not a pleasant review. First of all I try not to return items if I buy it I keep it. This is the deal if you buy it at Grocery Outlet you have to return it at the same location. I'm totally fine with that. This is only the second time I've ever returned to Grocery Outlet because I remember the hassle. All other stores have very easy return policies but because these are privately owned it's a hassle. Anyways, I took my item to the store I thought I bought it at. They told me it was the wrong store. I found the right store and went there. However, my bad it was a different brand I had bought at that store. The item was a Gillette razor that I no longer needed and my receipt said Bic. And yes I did buy a Bic razor there but I thought it was the receipt I needed I just saw it said razor. To be honest I really couldn't remember where I bought it found that receipt and thought yay. I was just going to buy something else there anyways. Regardless, the manager took my razor and receipt said nothing and left. I joked with my sister "guess he was investigating it". Then he came back and handed me the receipt he threw my razor on the register instead of giving it back to me. He didn't explain why. I told him I wanted my razor I thought I had the right receipt. He turned around and said he had to check and nothing else. At this point I understood he thought I stole it. I had just made a purchase and was confused. He came back and handed me the razor. The thing is I apologized for him and his behavior. Honestly I've worked retail for 30 yrs and dealt with people stealing all day. That's not the way you handle situations there are policies. I gave no kind of indication I was stealing. So he was profiling me without even asking me if it was the correct receipt or explaining it was not on the receipt. And afterwards he said people get receipts from the garbage and try to return things. The receipt I gave him was from my purchase where I met employee Carmela and she was super nice. I actually wanted to apply for a weekend job for extra funds. Now, I don't think I will ever shop at this location again, it's sad."

"4.4 rating is very fair for this store location. I like to buy the herbs and spices from a Grocery Outlet store rather than any other store; when I can find them. This location is always fully stocked. I found 2/3 of the spices I needed. Cinnamon I didn't find. Overall, you can find some very good deals at a discounted price below what the big name stores charge. Not all G. Outlets are the same."

"Got a bag of cherries for 5.99, Kimchi for 4.99, and ice creams for only 1.99 per pint...way cheaper than other grocery stores. Plus, the people here are so nice and helpfu! I will definitely back to here again!"
