"I ordered inflated balloons there just yesterday, and paid extra for hi-float treatment to make them live longer. Some balloons died next morning. I don’t believe they were treated properly. A cashier didn’t answer our questions clearly. They spent 1 hour to inflate 15 balloons. I would choose another place next time."
