"Perfect place for discriminatory business practices! They treat you like the homeless that live on either side of the building, they profile dark skinned customers prompting security and managers to be present when shopping. They hide behind "store policy" when it is convenient for them and refuse to elaborate. Even corperate cant even make an excuse for what is happening in this store."
"Are they collaborating with the towing company to make more money???? Be careful of their parking lot. There is no visible sign of 1 hour limit and A&A towing company tows the car immediately. I called the store and asked them to put proper signs about 1 hour parking limit and they hung up on me!"
"I live a short drive away from this store. Yes, there can be some flaky folks hanging around outside at times, (homeless folks and panhandlers) but what downtown store doesn't these days? I am able to find what I want easily enough. The store is clean and rarely crowded. The prices are GREAT and the discounts substantial. The staff is very friendly, to me anyways. I have found the quality of products to be on par with the big stores. Parking is never a problem. I will continue to shop here. I hope they do not close due to the impending BART/Google fiasco. A special thanks to Sam, the friendly cashier! She is a rock star! Just ignore the folks hanging out in the front. Shop and save!"
