"Honestly how the hell can my bread be stale at noon? I picked up a footing veggie in the herb and cheese bread and the last two inches on both sides are as stale as can be!!! What a joke if the one most important part of the sandwich can’t be fresh. I know its subway but cmon."
"This is probably one of the worst subways in the area. Honestly I shouldn't even bother going here anymore. They say that they close at 9:30 p.m. but the workers are so lazy they keep it open until 9:00 p.m. or earlier. I used to work at Subway and I know what the count of meat is supposed to be. This Subway is one of the cheapest subways I've been to. For you regular customers who don't know about it, this Subway skips out on the meat. All you have to do is count it. On my spicy Italian they put on six salami and six pepperoni when it's supposed to be 10 each yet they charge you full price for it. I've also had experiences with some rude waitresses and people who don't even speak or understand basic English. Why would someone work in customer service in America and not speak english when you have to deal with people every single day? I just don't understand."
"I placed an order online and picked it up and it was made wrong. I brought it back and explained to the lady what happened. I showed her my order on my app and everything. She spent 10 minutes arguing with me rather than just fixing the problem. I just wanted my food made the correct way and was very polite about it but she approached the situation with a very rude attitude. She told me she couldnt do anything about fixing my order cause the app sent it through the wrong way. Finally after having to raise my voice, she fixed the issue. Horrible customer service, if a customer shows you the correct order on their app, dont argue with them, hell even if the customer is wrong, don't argue with them. Just make it correctly and move on. Will not be returning to this location. The employee was a young latina woman 20-30 years old, with a rose/ flower tattoo on her left wrist. I would give you her name but she didnt have one on. So all I can do is give a description."
