"Need to improve the disability accommodations by I'm proving communication between the cashier's and the deaf person by providing a picture to describe what the deaf customers wanted to order and not take up a lot of time if the cashier's doesn't understand by writing. "Ordered a 3-meat Treat on 02/10/2024. Got home and found almost no toppings on the pizza other than pepperoni. I usually get a lot more toppings on this pizza from them; It is also advertised online as having a lot of toppings. Called the store, a store associate answered and literally couldn't be bothered with the complaint, no damage control, not offering to fix anything; He just said he will tell the "topping people". If you are the owner, know I might consider just going to a different Little Caesars location next time. Train your staff. I worked in pizza for a few years and the customer service here was absolutely abysmal."
"I asked for extra crispy, the veggies are half black, the parts that are black crumbled. And the inside of the pizza is still doughy. Picture of burnt bell pepper, and the uncooked dough"
"Who makes pizzas with out sauce? Ordered off of door dash, not only was all my food cold. All my pizzas I ordered didn’t have sauce and overcooked… barely had dough and breaking apart…. I will never order from this store again"
