"I was in Claire’s today to purchase a set of earrings. I was not greeted or spoken to until I mistakenly thought the cashier was greeting me, but it was actually another young lady she was speaking to. As I continued to look, I was rudely interrupted by Heather , the same cashier who failed to speak, who began to spin the kiosk while I was actively looking right beside her. I’m not ignorant to the fact that we are all shopping and I’m not trying to be entitled, but to walk up beside me looking at a particular pair and for her to just begin spinning the kiosk with no acknowledgement of my presence was very rude. She didn’t even bother saying excuse me or I’m sorry or may I help you find what you like before she did it. Even after voicing my frustrations of her rudely doing it, she disregarded me as if I was not speaking or even there. Very rude and very unprofessional. I hate bad customer service and Heather is a terrible representation of the Claire’s brand"
