"The lady with the eyelashes at 630 am on Feb 8 had the worst attitude because I had the audacity to ask if the hotcakes came in a meal. She said no but you can order drink and hash on the side which I did. Then when I didn't get my damn hot cakes she said you didn't order that. I asked for the receipt and she said I gave it to you. She most definitely did not. Now my daughter is crying because she refused to let me order the hotcakes. Literally closed the window on me. I was so nice dude. Manager needs to reach out that was insane"
"I’m tired of ordering at this McDonald’s and the other one. Seems like the owners are family or siblings. They are a JOKE! Not only you cannot order through a person but they charge for ranch when you already spent 10+ dollars on a meal. Walk in and the tv screens don’t display the menus. Soda machine don’t work for refills. At the other McDonald’s they completely removed it!!!! They make you order on the dumb KIOSK! Like what!!! And if you’re paying cash you still have to hand it to a person!!! Seriously this is a joke this McDonald’s needs to be closed!!!! Owner needs to be called out! All to save a couple bucks on employees! Oh and they are being over worked. This is not customer service it’s being stingy and running a joke of a business!!!!"
"This is probably the fastest McDonald's to visit in Simi. Some are friendly, a couple definitely are not. They almost always get my order right. The only thing is that it looks like the patties are super thin, the size of the big Mac is so small now. The bread has less bread substance and more air so it just deflates. Prices went up and the size of the food went down."
"Didn't fulfil orders correctly. Looked busy so i took up with corporate. They provided no solution so just check your order before you leave. They are incorrect more than half the time, so this time was enough to make me bring it up."
