"I love this store!!! Excellent customer service!!! I did a store pickup for an online purchase I was helped by Kim. Great experience!!! Yesterday I needed to exchange an online purchase. When I walked into the store I was warmly greeted by Kim. When she was done checking out another customer she immediately came to assist me. She definitely knows her Levi’s. After helping me find a few different styles of pants she went to the dressing room with me to make sure what we had picked out fit me. She even made a trip back to the floor to bring me a smaller size. Kim helped me find the PERFECT pair of jeans. Without Kim’s help my shopping experience could have been very frustrating for me and definitely more time consuming. Thank you Kim for all your help."
