"I have gotten some great service and advice from some of the associates here, although sometimes they have to be hunted down. My real gripe with this store is all the damn commercials they shoot at this location, which tend to make it impossible to shop at. If you see the parking lot full of studio trucks (locals know), just remember the Depot is only a mile or so away."

"Convenient location and very well stocked store. The employees are very helpful. We were looking for a specific item, and the employee walked us all the way to show us exactly where it was. Very clean store. It's enjoyable to shop here. Lots of fun Christmas decorations for this time of year!"

"Placed an order online and it was canceled 20 minutes later while i was already on my way there. There was no reasoning in the email as to why it has been canceled, not even on the website in my account. Completed driving the 40 minutes to the location just to find the item in-stock on the shelves. Had an employee help me locate it and head to check out. Asked him if he knows why my order was canceled and he said "it may happen sometimes, online may have a glitch or the count is off or etc." The online portion canceling my order made me want to rate this 2 stars. But because of the Respectfully helpful employee and that the store had the item I wanted in stock after that long drive, I gave it 4 stars."

"We are next-door residential neighbors. It is close to 12 midnight, and they have a high decibel cleaning machine running (with an additional handheld leaf blower). This has been a regular occurrence, and our apartment management has made multiple requests with them. Looks like they don't care about the laws in place, especially city ordinance regarding noise."
