"Do not order mobile orders from here. I ordered a bigger plate. Once I got home and opened my order, it was a regular plate. Double chicken was missing. I usually check my orders but it was raining badly so I just put the order in my car trunk. Will not purchase food here."

"Honestly really great customer service and really good food. I came in around 9:30PM, they made us fresh Orange Chicken , (where as other locations have said they will not when I’ve showed up that late). There were customers showing around 9:40PM and wanting to eat in and they had no issues with it. I had to double check to see what time they closed, sure enough 10PM! I was very impressed. They’re working hard in there and have a good crew going. The kitchen executed everything perfectly and everyone communicated with each other on what needed to be done. There was a lady in there tonight who seemed to be one of the managers, she also had really notable super good customer service . I will be back for sure (: You’ve made a regular out of me!"

"Came here for lunch today and my food was not fresh it was lukewarm, some orange chicken was even cold!! the rice was still hard not cooked right and the chowmein was dry and bland like if it was from yesterday. I wont be coming back for lunch here again!! I would request a refund but I didn’t eat it til I went back to work, which is across the street this was not edible or enjoyable to eat had to throw it away!!!"

"I made a mobile order and apparently that was a huge mistake. I checked in with the cashier letting them know I was there. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after the pickup time to get my food, after watching several people get their food, both people who walked in ordering there or had placed mobile orders. I waited patiently while a few others who came after complained, and then when I got my food, there was no "sorry for the wait" or any apology. I get home, and my plate only had one entree!!! The bare minimum that is required is to complete the order, and not only could they not do that, I had to wait 25 minutes after the pickup time to have missing food on a just a plate and a la carte side. Absolutely atrocious. I took the picture as soon as I got home and opened up the bag and plate to see missing food. For anyone curious, there should have been Beijing beef and orange chicken, but there was only one side of orange chicken."

"Staff seem to be clueless high schoolers, none of the food tastes like it does at other Panda Express (for the worse), and they give you the minimal amount they can get away with (half scoops). I love Panda, this is the worst one I have ever experienced, and is unfortunately the only one near my house. So I’m stuck with it…"
