"I ordered a cheese pizza Did not check it before I pick it up What a pizza guys all sea salt and the cheese they used was I don’t know if that was expired or something. No one eat it, we trashed it. I will never go back and will never recommend to families and friends"

"I ordered online at roughly noon and the app said my pizza would be ready around 1215. I arrived at that time and when I walked in a young man with a small mustache came out from the back to greet me, I let him know I was waiting to pick up an online order. He asked for my name and gave him my first name, he looked at the monitor for a second then said my first and last name. I said yes that’s me then he said some woman in a green shirt just picked up the order. He continually grilled me about her asking if she was my wife, girlfriend, sister. No I am single with no sisters. He walked in the back and again asked me the same questions. Same answer, no that wasn’t me. Again he went to the back then came out and said there’s nothing they can do and that he asks for first and last name to confirm before handing over the order. When I brought up he asked my first name and then said my last name to confirm he said there’s nothing they would do to make it right. The pizza portal is useless since the employees will hand your pizza to anyone who walks in and can look up at the TV saying the names of who has orders. Whoever he was talking to even refused to come out from the back, good luck getting your order. I ended up having to place a chargeback because they stonewalled me so hard."

"Me and my best bud LOVE this place with a passion. We come here frequently to get the crazy bread and marinara sauce which is beyond delicious. And the lady that works there is awesome and friendly! The only thing i’d ask for is for there to be seating outside or something because we always have to go to mc donald’s to eat our crazy bread now that the Mongolian bbq place (in between little ceasers and mc donald’s ) which means we have to walk extra far to sit down and eat (not far but me and my pal are kinda lazy and we get tired pretty easily and we get there by walking). However, I hope to work at a little ceasers when I grow up. I have such an emotional attachment to this fine establishment and their groundbreaking crazy bread. See you guys soon!"

"This place has gotten 1000x better since the NEW OWNERS took over!!! Me and my family frequent Little Ceasars all the time for the pepporoni cheese bread when we are needing a pizza fix. We were out doing an Instacart delivery and decided to order our fav through the mobile app, i highly recommend downloading the app, and pick up here. I was helped with a big beautiful smile from everyone and the food came out absolutely perfect! If i could give them 10 stars i would. Highly recommend!"

"Efficiency, especially with the new pizza portal rendition there wouldn't even need be any idle chitchat as the meal bought would be prepped and ready to be taken and bought at around the recommended time range for the customer to drop in. With such the allotted number given to the customer be it via email or text that would be all that would be needed after the customer were to pay for the purchase beforehand. With the press of a few numbers the order would be accessible for the customer to simply pick up and leave without much trouble. It is so easy and simple and makes the whole process much quicker instead of having to wait about."
