"Out of food? How does a restaurant run out of their base products? Classic Crispy Jack Wrap. They took my order and didn't tell me that they were out. Get to the window, and she tells me that they've been out for days. Offered me the grilled version, but that wasn't what I wanted."

"Second time in a month - get an order and there is practically nothing on the burger. Then - half way through the burger a nice long hair. Called the store, no answer, left a message, no return call. Filed with the Better Business Bureau. This was after two calls to try and resolve the issue."
