"I wish I read the reviews before spending my money here!! I bought a baseball cap here on Friday (2 days ago), two girls in the store helped me. They removed the tags in the store for me when checking me out and I noticed later there was a black line on the side of it which stood out because it’s a light tan coloured cap. I retuned to the store 6 hours later and explained and the guy there refused to exchange it. He was the only person working at the store at that time. The mark looked like biro pen, I had not been next to any pens that day. Anyway, for $30 he should have gave good customer service and just exchanged it. During our discussion, a large family in the store was listening to us and ended up leaving. He lost the store business because they saw his terrible service. I have worked in retail for many years, I know you can damage out an item in scenarios like this. Don’t shop here, there are many other stores on this road, go elsewhere instead! If he checked the cameras, he would have known how it happened! And if it wasn’t biro, it was damaged when I bought it, either way should warranty an exchange! P.S I tried taking the mark off now and it doesn’t come off. The photo I am posting is after I tried taking it off with alcohol."

The lady at the front threatened to call security if I didn't leave. Given no reason as to why, not willing to even talk to me as to why. Lady in the front needs to chills her ego."

"They have many things related to San Diego and the Padres, if they don't have exactly what you're looking for the staff does their best to find something similar. We purchased the wrong item and took it back within 30 minutes. They allowed us to purchase the correct item, which was less expensive. They allowed us to take the lesser expensive item and took the more expensive item as an even exchange. *warning* Make sure you have the correct item or you will be walking away lighter in the wallet. I will never purchase anything from them. There are so many other places that sell San Diego \ Padres gear."

"Friendly personnel. My favorite location to pick up my Wish orders. Close to home. First time I picked up from this location the cashier didn't know how to process Wish orders. She called the owner for help and he arrived in under 3 minutes! The only down side is it's difficult to find parking on Saturday and Sundays due to the street closure and large crowds. Easily rectified by picking up your orders Monday-Friday. Also late hours which makes it convenient if you work late."
