"Customer service is horrible! I had been given some pants , but I wanted to exchange them for something that fits better. The employee looked at me like I was some bum that didn't belong in the store, and spoke to me with the most condescending sarcastic tone. Spend your money somewhere else."
"Reviews speak for themselves. As I returned an item and this employee gives me a receipt while looking down and doesn’t say a word even after I say thanks. Even when entering the store not one employee has the decency to say welcome or hello. Even when calling customer service and this store to complain they do nothing to ask how can they make it right. Walmart probably has better customer service than this place. Will never shop here again. Go to Vuori if you want good clothes and great customer service."
