"LOVE this store!!! Amazing, quality merchandise (and a lot of it), but the secret weapon here is Azenath. She's a great seamstress that can tailor and customize the clothing you purchase. Here's a photo (the photo doesn't do them justice) of my husband's custom bell bottoms (we needed them on pretty short notice for a 1970's costume party we're attending). She found the perfect fabric for the panels and (amazingly) made us both happy (not sure how she accomplished that)! While we were there, of course I had to shop, too! So nice, friendly and welcoming here - we will definitely be back."

"My wife was performing in a show and needed a specific type of hair clip to go with her costume. During my lunch break I thought I would explore the Redlands Galleria to see if I could find something suitable for her. I wandered into Whatever Betty in the basement of the Galleria. Azenath the owner graciously offered to make a custom hair clip and have it ready in a few hours after I finished work. I texted her a photo of my wife’s costume for her to work off of. The finished product was gorgeous and matched the style and color of the costume perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised how little she charged me, considering that she used material from a dress and had it ready so quickly. Azenath even followed up with me the next day to make sure my wife was pleased! I am very impressed by Azenath’s helpfulness, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I recommend Whatever Betty to anyone interested in vintage clothing and a rewarding shopping experience."

"I was so happy to find Whatever Betty on my last visit to the mission galleria in Riverside. I understand there is one in Redlands too, and they just opened up Whatever Betty for the fellas. The store is AMAZING: quality, selection, variety and all at a reasonable price for beautiful vintage swag and gear. And on top of that, *incredible* customer service. On my visit I had taken two gorgeous caftans to purchase, but then had a moment at the register because of all the other things I’d picked up and out one of the items back. I know you know what’s coming. Hint: I made a YUGE mistake. I ended up regretting that IMMEDIATELY. I live 60 miles away, so I was really in angst over the item. A couple of days later, I thought I’d take a long shot and see if it was still there. Azenath answered the phone and was so incredibly sweet - tracking down the piece and putting it on an extended hold for me to pick up. I was so in love and obsessed (and also lucky to have amazing friends in Riverside) who went and picked it up for me. From this point on, consider me a loyal customer! I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in the IE. OH, and if you go, please give Azenath and Mariam my best!"

"I always have so much fun sifting through this treasure trove! It is absolutely filled to the brim with killer blazers, some of the coolest shoes you can find, and it’s a great place to hunt down a unique dress for events, or even your own wedding gown! It’s also a welcoming environment with plenty of sizes! Even if you’re not big on vintage, you can find pieces to suit you here! Definitely not one to miss!"

"Amazing collection!! Owner is wonderful and so helpful. Found a fantastic leather jacket and my boyfriend got an amazing corduroy blazer. The prices were more than reasonable, a wide variety of pieces, overall best vintage clothing collection in Redlands."
