"The amount of non alternative people who work here is appalling. They could try a little harder putting together the outfits. It is an alternative brand I would like to see some representation."
"I had one of my orders sent here, I never received an email or phone cqll when it arrived. The only time I got a call is when they left a voice mail saying my order had expired and that I could call back so they could keep it a few days before sending it back. Well I called them back around 6:30 pm to tell them I can get my package the next day when Im off of work, but they had the phone off the hook or something because it went to a recording, I kept trying to call until they closed and still got the same recording. So now what I ordered is no longer on the website. Thanks."
"As a disabled person, I really appreciated the couch available. Unfortunately, most of the stock they keep on hand only goes up to a Large. Otherwise a really nice Hot Topic!"
"I ordered items online and had them shipped to this store, they lost my items and I can’t reorder them because they are out of stock. Don’t order online and have it shipped here, they will mess your order up. Totally upset about it, they were gifts for my daughters birthday. Only buy in store here so you don’t have your items lost."
