"Overpriced for used items they’re almost charging the same price that I can get on Amazon couldn’t believe it."

"Nice place and decent selection, but prices are too high. Granted some of the things in the cases are nice but prices have stayed the same and the same items are still there after many months. EDIT: as of nov 2023 prices are higher than when it was 4 years ago. $10 pez toys, 30-40 USED shoes, 50-60 jackets are ridiculous for something they got free. People are cool but if you cut the price of the ENTIRE store in half, you’ll be able to turn over inventory fast enough to hire staff instead of relying on volunteers."

"Went to donate at this location. Sign on the door says donations are accepted at the back gate. I went to the back gate, which was open. A sign said “employees only” so I patiently waited. I could hear talking and laughing and finally an employee spotted me. She looked upset I was there. I told her it says on the front door donations are to be taken to the back. She waved her hand around and said “Yeah in the back!” Behind this store is a vacant field, so not sure what she was talking about. I told her I had a few more items to donate, including a cube organizer. She gave me a dirty look and said “I don’t even know what that is” I was offered no help with my items and when I returned to the back gate the woman had left. They have a sign posted that leaving donations outside the store is illegal, so I was uncomfortable just leaving my items. I will never come back here. Donate to the Hemet Goodwill & Salvation Army instead."
