"Idk of its just me, but it's so frustrating to walk around a store and pass a few workers, and they don't even acknowledge you. Then I had to scan my own items, and I got quite a bit and bulky items. Very little space to scan and put your stuff. Then I get it in my cart only to have to walk over to another area so the guy can remove everything to take my sensors off and triple check my receipt and items. He never said HI, never said a word actually. And was NOT helpful to help put my stuff in the cart. Didn't even offer a bag.. Then you can't take the carts outside. The girl I passed just looked at me and looked away. I struggled to the car. I'm so over no one having good customer service or just simple human interaction. And am I going to get a paycheck because I did all the work. And what is the point of all that, just pay a worker to check me out ."

"Just know if you don’t have a recipe to return your things they will give you $1 per item. Just tried to return some shirts that never fit, with tags costing $8 each and they told me they will give me $1 per shirt…. That’s insane Ross needs to recall their protocol. What a SCAM!!! I had about 5 shirts and they wanted to give me $5… SCAMMM"

"My experience today at this location was insulting. I purchased a statue for my garden the price tag was clearly on the merchandise yet the cashier calls for back up to verify the price and once she returns I ask her so was the price correct or not she replies it was correct.There was no need for her to get a price check other than because I’m a person of color she felt I changed the price. I will never frequent this location again! Also I was not greeted or thanked for my business."
