"Huge selection of clothes, I spent a few hundred dollars here and would have loved to come back to buy more. However, the customer service towards me wasn't so great. Although one employee was helpful, the others seemed to be bothered when I asked for their help. I shrugged it off. I had to go back in to return a few items that I had bought for my daughter because she didn't like them, and the employees had the same attitude, but it's almost as if they were offended that I just wanted a refund instead of exchanging. I would have loved to shop around for an exchange, but was in a time crunch since I had to pick my kids up from school. I'm glad I didn't though, since they didn't seem to appreciate my business anyway. It was just a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. I will find somewhere else to shop."

"This is not a review regarding the quality of the products. I’m sure they are great. My car died right outside of the store and I went in and asked an employee if anyone could help me jump my car. I had cables and I know what I’m doing. Everyone said no. They had no good reason. Just no. Two minutes and they all said no."

"I don't think I've ever had a better retail experience! Super sweet and helpful staff, especially Princess. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy working the dressing rooms but it totally slipped my mind, but hey, he was the guy with a ponytail and (I think) gauges and was awesome as well."
