"I love the deals and the store is very organized. But one of the staff was very rude with attitude in the fitting room. Yelling at my son to not go insidenthe fitting room and he has to wait. when he was in the sitting benches on the guest benches outside which is allowed. I repeated multiple times that he was sitting and waiting for his turn but she didn't listen to me and kept raising her voice"

"Was having trouble finding dress shoes at a reasonable price searching in Temecula. Decided to try here and found a great pair of Guess dress shoes for $29.99, they fit perfectly and look great. Picked up a few other random items of clothing and some knick-knacks while I was perusing. Everything was good quality and less than other stores. Glad I stopped by. Update: For $53.00 I got four pairs of jeans and a pair of shorts. You can't beat that pricing anywhere especially considering how our current government is ruining the dollar and causing massive inflation. Burlington is a great place to shop."

"I had to find a red outfit for a holiday event. I was so pleased to find 6 totally different styles to try in in my size! I ended up with a rompers, and scored a cute jacket that matched fantastically!"

"One of my favorite stores, but they just lost a valued customer. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inflexibility of the staff. The store opens at 0800. Had my cart full of clothes that I wanted to try on. I was told that the dressing room wouldn't be open until 10:30, even though employees were walking around the store, some working, some socializing, but no one was kind enough to assist. Who was to hangout at the store for 2 an a half hours to try something on?especially when I'm trying to spend my money and support your business. I asked several employees and their acted like I was asking them to do something illegal and were very inflexible. Also they gave me a look looked like I was crazy for asking. So I left and went to Ross next door and I spent my money there. Will never shop at that Burlington again!. Poor, poor customer service all around."

"As a mother of 8 kiddos, this mom is always on the look out from deals on anything. With that said, I use to be a constant spender at the local ROSS. On one of my shopping trips to ROSS we couldn’t find what we needed, so we happened to go next door to Burlington and BAM!!! It was like a smack in the face……the store was clean, open, organized, prices were exceptional, the selection was wide and the workers were friendly and helpful. You know the feeling when you come from Walmart and then head over to Target. It’s like a step up in the right direction! Though Target is way more expensive, well Burlington is not more expensive it is Comparable pricing to Ross, it’s just so much nicer and the selection is way better. I will forever be a Burlington member. Love this store and thank you so much to the gentlemen that help me out to my car last time I am so appreciative.
