"I placed an order in July 2023 and never received it. I was given a store credit in November so I gave them another shot and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed back and forth with them over 50 times and keep getting nothing but the run around about when my items will ship. I see them constantly posting on Tik tok packing other peoples orders and having sales and but still can’t ship anyone else’s. They deserve no stars!"
"I'd give zero stars if I could! I ordered two mystery boxes about a year ago around March 11th, 2023, and haven't received them. When I asked about them I've been given the run around stating that mystery boxes can't get a refund and they'll send the boxes. Still nothing. I would never put down a small business, but NEVER ORDER HERE! I lost out on 198 dollars! This place is a scam, don't waste your hard earned money!"
"This business is absolutely horrible. I wish I could rate 0 stars. I’ve been waiting since September of 2022 to receive ANY type of product from them. I ordered a bag and kept getting the run around that it was a preorder they never received. So I refunded in September of 2023 but was only able to get store credit SO I used my store credit plus and additional $20 for a different bag that showed it was in stock. I was told in December it would ship on the 22. WELL it’s February 2024 and STILL have received nothing. I don’t know how this place is still operating and getting business."

"Today was my first time going to this store after finding an ad in the murrieta group. I would have never known of it even though i have been to this shopping center a million times. The owner is very friendly. The place is small but has so many cute stuff. I will be definitely returning."
