"This restaurant, located within 'Madras Groceries,' is a branch of a popular South Indian eatery in Sunnyvale. Having eagerly awaited its opening near our home, we found the ambiance functional but basic. The filter coffee hit the mark, and the dosa was satisfying. However, the mini idlis and pongal were a bit dry, though the sambar was flavorful. With time, I hope they'll refine their offerings to match the quality of the Sunnyvale location. The service, led by a polite and respectful server/manager, deserves recognition. Looking forward to revisiting and possibly updating my review as the restaurant evolves. Wishing them success in their journey."
"The owner (around 48 +) guy only cares and treat wells and do service well to the people who comes with family’s not to the alone guys who comes to eat here .. I was waiting for like 15 mins for chutney and sambar in the midway of eating dosa and he was just ignoring me like he don’t care … happened twice with me .. even though i am paying more than them"
