"As a previous assistant manager of this location, it was incredibly refreshing having the service I did tonight after a rather confusing situation with the app!! Not only did the two gentleman go above and beyond this evening to help me make sure the orders were correct they were so friendly and conversational!! Drew, Steve, Jolene, high five for the guys you have here!! It’s been almost five years since I’ve been in this location and I’m definitely going to back!! Hopefully this makes it to them!!"

"The worst jersey mikes location you could possibly think of. After ordering lunch here continually online and my sandwich not once being done when I arrive I’ve given up on this location. Doesn’t matter how big you tip or don’t tip if you order online expect to sit around for another 10-15 minutes to wait for your sandwich. I’d understand if it was busy but today I showed up 10 min after my sandwich should have been done and again waiting another 15 for it. UPDATE: i emailed the guy below me as asked and just like their in store service I got zero response. Avoid this location and drive another few miles to the next one. They clearly dont care here."
