"The drive thru was backed up so I went inside instead. It took 25 minutes to get our food. I could have gone through the drive thru 3 times. No explanation, no manager contact, just a small sorry from the register guy. Tacos were terrible, food was Luke warm."

"The cashier was extremely friendly and the restaurant looked clean and the food was good, hot and freshly made, so Kudos on all that. What was a bummer was I had looked online before going there and they showed 2 tacos for $1.00 and 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5.00. When I went to order in person I was told that you only get those deals if you order online, though I didn't read or see anything that stated that on the web page. Maybe I missed it, but I still find it shady advertising. If it's on the web page it should also be in house. I personally don't like ordering online to show up to restaurant and the food is cold and/or soggy."

"I ordered a Sourdough Jack for the first time in my life, and was met with a long strand of HAIR as I was two bites into the sandwich. Imagine eating into this sandwich thinking that what you’re pulling on was a long strand of cheese but nope; it was a disgustingly long strand of hair that did NOT belong to me. Traumatized for my first Sourdough Jack, and likely to be even more hesitant from ordering from this Jack in the Box again in the near future. 0/10, and 0/5 stars. I would give 0/5 stars, but it won’t even let me."
