"Be really careful with this place. My car was broken into while I was dining. The managers did nothing about it, the police refused to come do anything about it, the damage had to be more than $10k before the police would even think to help. There are homeless people coming in and out of this place, so be very careful when coming to this place. Honestly I think they didn't come help because I am brown."

"First of all I should note I'm a life time customer of jack in the box and used to be a frequent one up until about 6 months ago, when I noticed quality across the board going down. But THIS location is so consistently awful that I think it's deliberate. I've included two reviews from different visits below, and I've been there about 9 or 10 times over the past year. I am not a Karen, I was just hungry. Edit: I went back, tried for some non breakfast food. I'm almost certain what I ordered was either deliberately sabotaged or totally mishandled. You should understand that tampering with food is a big deal. Got obviously soggy buns, made me question what exactly happened there, made me wonder if they were dumped in the mop bucket and then left to sort of dry on a counter because they tasted like dirty water and were literally wet. The chicken patty was like, tough, not even warm, and the size of a chicken nugget. I am not that picky, but the thing was just so nasty I didn't want to finish it after the first bite because I felt like it wasn't even real food. Too weird, rubbery, like they pulled it out of the freezer and let it get warm on the counter. Jack in the box replied to this review below, but they clearly don't care about fixing the problem. Seriously disgraceful behavior. You have a legacy to protect, jack in the box food used to be respected, even considered good, now it's just the cheapest gruel you can find. Fix it or your lives are lived in vain, why bother. I have no desire to open a dialogue, go order some food here yourself and tell me it's acceptable because every time I go here it's so disgusting. ------ ~about a month prior to edit: Eggshell in the breakfast jack, dry overcooked bacon, stale buns. Hash brown was barely cooked. This is the regular experience here. I think there are 3 year olds making the food in the back, who knows? Totally revolting food."

"You say you are open till 4am. I wanted a quick bite to eat at 1am. The drive thru has cones blocking the entrance and you have employees on their phone sitting at tables. I’m was trying to figure out if they were open or closed. Obviously closed even though it’s says “Opened Late”. I’m active duty military just moved into the neighborhood, I will definitely NOT be recommending anyone going to this establishment."

"Everything about this jack in the box is wrong, from the unfriendly staff, to the astronomically higher prices compared to other close by Jack In The Box locations. This place is taking shrinkflation to the extreme, and it is unsavory and disgraceful."

"This Jck just screwed up my lunch, if the ranch were not exp i probably would of ate my salad. Thank God the croutons weren't exp, so i was able to eat that at least. I had to pay an extra dollar for me to eat grilled warm chicken with my salad yet that chicken was yellowish and distasteful. I did toss that as far as I could. I want a refund!"
