"Service lowkey I don’t care what anyone says is the best chill people type of people that if u wanna be left alone they gonna leave u alone food was like a 5 star restaurant I know I’m being over exaggerating but let’s be honest now jack in the box is the winning fast food restaurant out their costumer service is chill I became friends with one of the workers there bro was so chill he gave me an extra sauce like he knew what meant he was chill everyone was chill it was a good vibe over all atmosphere it’s ight can be better with new stuff but over all who cares about the atmosphere service was on point food give it a 5 star and costumer service was chill and good over all I would give this a 9.9/10 amazing"

"We got the wrong burger. Order incorrect and they didn’t even know the correct one. Took them more than 20 minutes to get it together. Disappointed because I paid $12 this ! Instead of the ultimate bacon burger we wanted !"

"El Cajon Blvd, San Diego. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box something is always either missing or some part of my meal is NOT edible. Only at this Jack in the Box. Why??? Part of the chicken in my Teriyaki Bowl was not edible, I had to spit it out after I chewed part of it. The taste was weird and part of it was over cooked - hard. And as you can see the pictures of the egg roll, both sides are burned. Who does this? Who is the mgr on duty that allows food to go out like this? But when I want to take time to check my order to make sure it's all there, or to see that it's actually edible, they get upset because your holding up the line. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AT ANY OTHER JACK IN THE BOX, ONLY THIS ONE, ON EL CAJON BLVD. Out of 5 stars ... only 1☆ and that's because my Dr Pepper was drinkable (because they didnt make it) and the white rice was good -but they put about 1/2 the amount. I GUESS NEXT TIME I'LL HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO A DIFFERENT JACK IN THE BOX."
