"It's a quaint smaller hotel restaurant. The service is outstanding, nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The food is surprisingly good, especially for the prices. It is also well maintained and clean. Have opted here over some close establishments after trial and error."

"The restaurant is on the small side but there is good outdoor seating as well. The person who took my order was very pleasant, unlike the one who seemed to be bothered by me checking on the status of my food after more than 30 minutes of waiting. (I was told 15-20 minutes) The flatbread was very good. My bowl of chicken tortilla soup had a good flavor but had ZERO chicken. For the $16 cost of a bowl of soup, I was very disappointed it had no chicken."

"I say at the bar. Bartenders were not very friendly or attentive. They seemed a little flustered when a group of about 10 arrived and started asking for drinks. A gentleman ordered the exact same cocktail as me, and the drinks were made differently. The tacos were ok and came out fast. Mahi-mahi was overcooked, but the salsa was good. I ate and left in 15 minutes."

"We stay at the Hotel adjoined to this bar while in San Diego for our son's graduation from Bootcamp. They were so kind and professional. Food drinks and desserts were excellent. Little mini secluded paradise that was relaxing and comfortable. Great staff!!"
