"Like most people that like Burger Lounge we couldn’t wait for this place to open. First time I came it was not a good experience. Gave second chance and same thing. Cannot believe how long it took to get food even though no one really here waiting for order. Sure they take your order but no real hello or caring yet the tip thing comes up and asks for tip of 20 to 30%. Yet I’m cleaning my plate after and getting my own ketchup etc. The burger was a 2 out of 10. Never coming back. Sad just stay away"

"We always ate at Burger Lounge in Del Sur, but since this place opened closer to our house, we came here. We ordered Lounge burgers and half and half fries. , over done meat, i said no tomato on my burger and they still put tomato and you know when u put a tomato on a burger, the taste of it still stays even if you take it off. The half and half fries had literally 3 pcs of onion rings, where is justice in that?? I only like the onion rings and my Bf wanted the fries so there was a lot of fries left to be thrown away. This is the second time it failed us! We are just gonna keep going back to the one in Del sur. For a $10 burger, it has to he better than in and out, otherwise Ill just go to in and out. Also service is mediocre. Cmon guys, this is Carmel Valley, Level up! I dont usually give reviews but this need to be better. Its burger lounge. Its the only burger place I go to next to Shake Shack. Ayayay! Have pride in your job and your restaurant guys. Do it right so your business will thrive in this area. And. Pls… stop squirting ketchup on your guest! Lol bye and for other guest coming pls let us know if it gets better. Hope the review helps the owner to make their business better."

"For 15$ the 'crispy cheese' hatch chilli burger was WEAK, to say the leeeaast. Island's burgers are twice the size for a sit down restaurant with fries. Crispy cheese was gooey, minimal chilis, tiny little patty (I like it medium, but it was less which is fine, but I know people that would return it bc it was raaarre, again I kinda like that). Staff was great and it was extremely slow so I was in and out. (No pun intended). Will not be going back. Oh and 5 min after I got it to go the bottom bun was a wet sloppy sponge. Not 15-20 min. 5 or less. Complete rip off and other than the friendly kids workin very sad. Honey mustard was bomb though. So if you want friendly staff serving honey mustard on a soggy b, napes..."

"I know this place just opened, but that is no excuse for a complete lack of customer service. As I was ordering my food, an employee squirted ketchup all over my very expensive white sweater and in my hair! The manager was apologetic, but seriously? I assumed they would offer to comp the fries I ordered, but she surprisingly did not. Then, instead of expediting my order so I could get home to get the ketchup off myself, I waited there for 10+ minutes. I was willing to let all of this go, but when I got home, my fries were cold. Like cold cold. I live 3 minutes away, so there is no way they handed me hot food. It gets better. I called and said my husband would be driving back to pick up hot fries. When he got there, the manager (skylar) refused to replace the fries. She said they are not in the business of handing out free food. They are apparently just in the business of getting ketchup on people and serving them cold food. This woman has clearly never worked a customer service job in her life. I’m shocked at the level of service we received and will obviously never be back."
