"3rd time they have messed up my order. I’m vegetarian and they always add beef instead of beans even if the food is called “black bean” and from veggie menu. They’re completely unprofessional and the management needs to change due to this unprofessional behavior and no care to even read the orders given. The workers should be fired. Never going back to this Taco Bell again."
"I have been going to this taco bell about one a month for 6 years. My previous visit a month ago an elderly couple was trying to order the specials you have online the lady employee was very rude to them and said they could only order online and wouldn't help them figure it out said she was too busy. It was only the 3 of us and they left sad. I ordered the Burrito Supreme and taco Supreme combo was very small for around $10.00? Yes I get inflation. The last time I went in last week it seemed like the whole system was having trouble stood around for about 30 minutes to try and order and no one would help or talk to me and 4 others standing around. I walked away with the other customers. So I gave food a 1 because I never got any. Hoping it would have been good. I went back about a week ago and had another miserable experience. They wouldn't help me at counter said to use the system to side. If I wanted to spend 5 minutes learning their system to order supreme combo I would apply for a job. If you want to go to the worst customer service taco bell ever this is the one."
