"I went to Zumiez a couple of times to buy a skateboard and then to get a tool for my board. Both times, the woman at the counter was very cold and didn't respond at all to my small talk as I made my purchase. It felt like I just needed to pay my money and then get out! Although she wasn't rude, she just had a very crappy attitude. Very bad customer service. I don't know what her problem is but she's either too cool for you or she's just a very unhappy person. The guy who was working there at the time was actually very helpful and provided good customer service. Even though, I'll go elsewhere next time."
"Shopping here is like going to McDonald's for a really good hamburger!!!! If you like having fun on skateboards then you should support the company's that support you and you community and that will actually sell you a good product at a decent price and that actually skate and know why you should buy whatever it is you need. This place doesn't contribute to our community in any way and the people that work here don't care about you or even use what they are selling you. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AT 5 POINTS SKATE SHOP!!!"
