It has been an absolute nightmare, trying to return a defective garment that was sent. I have spent over a month sending emails with no response and now my second trip to UPS. They were not willing to do anything to make the situation right, which I find so unacceptable. I will not be buying from this company anymore because I do not know how to treat customers."
"Bought a leather jacket from them and I am thrilled with my purchase. As someone mentioned in another review, the clothes are very stylish. However, I very much disagree about the quality issues they mentioned. I shopped for a nice leather jacket for quite some time; I even bought a few on line and returned them because the fit wasn't very good. The jacket I bought looks great and fits even better. When I receive items like this, I know I got my monies worth. Will absolutely be ordering from them again."
