"For the amount of money you pay to rent a suit just buy a suit. First jacket was falling apart. Trying to say it is the lining. The condition of the jacket was terrible. Second jacket that was picked up the lining was ripped away from the jacket and had to be fixed."

"Went in to find a jacket for my boyfriend who is a bigger dude and the staff acted like we weren’t even there. There were employees walking around and none of them offered to help size him or show him options. If you are bigger than a 48 in jacket I wouldn't recommend this place because they seem to not like bigger clients. Also be prepared at spend 200+ on a jacket here, and that is with subpar service. We got his suit jacket elsewhere and I am glad we did. It is clean and in a good location but other than that not much going for it."

"We didn’t have a great experience here, but the suit my partner got ended up looking great, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The sales associate on the floor didn’t trust my partner to know his size and ended up giving him pants that were several sizes too large before working his way down to the size my partner knew he was, which just felt really rude and like a waste of time. Also, they misplaced one of his items that needed tailoring. They did end up finding it a while later, but the overall experience wasn’t great."
