"We had an awesome experience going into Windsor for a last minute 21st bday outfit for my daughter today. Paloma was so helpful in helping her find what she wanted. She was so friendly, patient and accommodating. Such great customer service!"
"The place is small, therefore there is not as much variety of dresses as I expected, however, the attention of the staff is very good. I give it 4 stars since the application shows inventory that there was not physically (which is why I decided to go there from the beginning, thinking that there were certain items), other than that, they have quality clothes and I do recommend it"
"Usually I am not one to write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience shopping with Windsor. My order came in the mail and was completely wrong. I went to a store near me to return them and was told that they could not help me at all. They said that I needed to call customer service for help. When I called customer service they said they would process my refund and that I needed to order the dresses again. Now the dresses are sold out on the website so I cannot order them and I still have not received a refund for the order that was messed up."
"The dresses are beautiful and affordable but their size inclusivity is really terrible. Most of the styles you can only find XS or S. About half of the styles you can find a M. You'd be hard pressed to find a style in L or XL. I was ready to spend $ but unfortunately I'm a size L in Windsor (size 10 pant). There were very few options for me."
