"I went there twice once today chicken was dry both times corn was cold lady wasn't rude but wasn't nice.The one on Temecula pky is much better chicken is moist corn is hot and the workers make you feel welcome they don't just say it farther out of the way but that will be my go to for now on"

As we started to leave, my wife opened the box and told us we were proceeding inside as the chicken was burnt and overlooked upon going into the counter; they went to get the manager, who looked like a high school doll and said it was good and underneath the black, it would be it, and juicy do he closed the lid and handed me a box which I tefudrf yo accept and at that point told the cool to replace and that point we dad the grill was empty, and they had to cook a replacement chicken Like many other sites, they start out with good food but like the one in out, then they get to the point of not caring about food or service"

"Ordered the 16pc. Family Meal with the salad, rice and beans as well as one of the new quesadillas. Everything was delicious across the board and there was enough left over for a second meal. Service was fast and the staff were very polite. My only gripe was that while waiting for my order, I noticed an ad showing the Summer family deal in which it was my exact order for $6.00 less if I'd added on additional chicken to make it the 16pc. When placing the order, I feel that it would have been customary of the employee to notify me that I could do the Summer deal and save some money. In this current disaster of a economical climate and insane inflation, any possible savings is huge. Plus, the employee making me aware of that special when I knew nothing about it would have ensured my return to this location. Now, I'm not so sure."

"This is another fast food folly and an establishment that cares nothing about their customers or customer service. I ordered 2 breast meal, mashed potatoes, and corn with flour tortillas. I receive one tortilla, and I don’t even know what you call that things in the picture. Called the store after I got home and the lady that answered started busting up laughing telling some people in the background “ he’s on the phone hahah. He’s on the phone haha” I hope you all get fired over this, you should be!"
