"Food was ok, but, was 25 $ each plate which is ridiculous for skewers. At the price for few pieces of meat you should get good amount of food. Fries were terrible, hummus was good."

"It's been a while since I have had Mediterranean food since we moved here this place was very clean, and they have very good customer service. We order the pita and hummus as appetizers also a chicken pita with fries, and the garlic-lemon chicken plater The chicken was on point well cooked. The pita had very little sauce and they bring the appetizers at the end when we're half done with our meal. Other then that I do recommend this place"

"I placed a $123.26 food order that included a 20% delivery tip, $2.99 delivery fee and $13.73 service fee. At the time of delivery I received only half of my order. When I contacted Luna Grill the phone attendant told me the remainder of my food did not get picked up by Door Dash driver. After speaking to his manager, the attendant said that I could either get a refund or pick up the food and get compensated with 2 free meal vouchers. I opted to do the pickup and meal vouchers. When my husband picked up the food, he said he was denied the meal vouchers and that he only ended up getting one. He asked to speak to a manager and the person left in charge "Alexia" told him that her manager "Nancy" was gone for the day and that they could only do one voucher because it was not their fault that the door dash driver failed to pick up the entire order. Alexia said that the attendant who helped us took it upon himself to offer us meal vouchers. This was our first time trying out this place and we did not enjoy the delivery experience nor the customer service. Luna Grill could have secured the entire meal by placing it all in one big bag or securing together the two bags the food was packed in. By the time my husband got the rest of the food, our food was cold. It was a total inconvenience and expensive purchase when you add all the extra service/delivery fees. Therefore, I do not recommend ordering online from them. And I'm sorry to say but Luna Grill Menifee your customer service sucks..."

"Luna grill just opened and we couldn’t miss out, and neither should you! This location just opened shortly ago, and it was packed when we came in. It’s nice and quaint, and their service got everyone in and out very quick. We ordered salad, Santorino bowl, and a pita. Plenty of places to sit around inside. The salad and pita came out quick, and that was delicious. Just enough of everybody. And the suave is fantastic. Now the santorini bowl was running a bit behind but they gave me a few heads up that they had issues with it. The second time one of the ladies came out brought me desert, apologized for the wait and said she’s making sure I get it soon. Finally my food came out and it was worth the wait, yum! Their service is stellar and them going above and beyond to make sure I was kept up on status of my food at a non sit down place is crazy. This is definitely a place you need to check out and check out often!"
